In the first episode of my Instagram spots series I head out to Zhengbin Harbour in Keelung. Which is easy enough to get to from Taipei by hopping on a train for a short journey north of Taipei City.

Zhengbin Harbour is famous for its coloruful buildings and trendy coffee shops. After having a day out there, I can confirm it is popular for a reason, it is one very cool place.
