👅 There are many different types of tongue scrapers out there, but not a whole lot of evidence proving which type is best.

🤔 Some studies claim the plastic tongue scrapers may be more effective, but I wouldn’t split hairs about it! As long as you use a tongue scraper, you’re on the right track!

🦠 Your tongue is kind of like a towel, it has little projections on it where bacteria and food particles can get stuck...

🪥 While brushing your tongue can help, it is not nearly as effective as a tongue scraper when it comes to removing things that lead to bad breath odors.
