This popular vegetable cabbage in winter. Usually the cabbage is cooked and cooked. You can make variations on this vegetable if you like. In this case, cabbage with beef, copy of chicken, dumplings of cabbage, fry the cabbage with eggs, vegetarian cabbage, cabbage potatoes and tomatoes, cabbage with shrimp, cabbage roll, Cabbage filling, cabbage hour, cabbage chop, etc. Today, we will show you how to cook cabbage with chicken. This delicious dish is so easy to eat.

Badhakopi (Cabbage)(Medium Size) - 1/2
Chicken – 8 pics Big Size
soyabin tel(Soyabin oil) – 3 tbl spn
peyaj (Onion medium size) -1 pcs
Elach – 3 ta
Cinnamon – 3pics
tejpata – 2ta
kalo golmorich gura(Black paper Powder) -2/3 pic
Labango – 3 pics
Kachamorich(Green Chili) –As your Taste
Garlic Paste-1 Tea spn
Ginger Paste – 1 tea spn
Cumin Paste– 1 tea spn
Yellow pepper – 1 tsp
Red chili pepper - 1 tsp
doniya gura(Coriander Powder) – 1 tsp
salt –to taste
শীতকালে অত্যান্ত জনপ্রিয় একটি সবজি বাঁধাকপি। সাধারণত বাঁধাকপি ভাজি করেই খাওয়া হয়। চাইলেই আপনি এই সবজিতে বৈচিত্র আনতে পারেন। এক্ষেত্রে গরুর মাংশ দিয়ে বাঁধাকপি, মুরগীর মাংশ দিয়ে বাঁধা কপি, বাঁধাকপির পাকোড়া, ডিম দিয়ে বাঁধাকপি ভাজি, নিরামিষ বাঁধাকপি, বাঁধাকপি আলু এবং টমেটো, বাঁধাকপি দিয়ে চিংড়িমাছ, বাঁধাকপির রোল, বাঁধাকপির ভর্তা, বাঁধাকপির ঘন্ট, বাঁধাকপি চপ ইত্যাদি। আজকে আপনাদের দেখাবো কিভাবে মুরগীর মাংশ দিয়ে বাঁধাকপি রান্না করাযায়। খেতে অত্যান্ত সুস্বাদু এই রান্নাটি অত্যান্ত সহজ।
