Here is a brief review of an orthopedic donut seat cushion that I got from Posturion.

PROs
1. Helps to stop coccyx/tailbone pain and discomfort from hemorrhoids by elevating your bum off the chair's sitting surface so it doesn't touch it anymore
2. Pushes you to sit with the good posture by rotating the pelvis in the right direction (see the "before/after" pics in my written review)
3. Made for men AND women - slightly different models are available for men and women which makes comfortable sitting even more customized.
4. Prevents numbing and tingling sensations in the legs by elevating the thighs off the chair's sitting edge.
5. Looks and feels good to touch because of the quality materials and overall a very neat production job (especially with the insides of the removable cover).
6. The cover is machine washable (even though I would only use the hand wash setting).
7. Extra comfort from a memory foam that has an ideal combination of firm and comfortable.
CONs
These are not really about the product itself though...
1. Not ideal for use with a non-ergonomic chair (e.g. dining chair) because you can't push it far enough back to lean on the chair's backrest (at least, I couldn't) and this makes it uncomfortable.
2. If you are a taller person (like myself), then you can find the extra elevation that the cushion provides to make you even taller.
This means that the chair's backrest might be too short all of a sudden so I recommend you have a high back office chair - https://myergonomicchair.com/best-erg...
CONCLUSION
Overall, it's definitely a keeper...
