Ellie Rose's Backstory Explained (A Henry Stickmin Collection Theory)

Ever since Fleeing the Complex, fans of the Stickmin series have been wondering, "What is Ellie Rose's backstory? How did she end up at The Wall!?"
Using the very few hints we are given, both in that game and Completing the Mission, I attempt to craft a possible backstory for one of the best characters in the series!
