3 Eggs
Sugar 150g (¾ cup)
Melted Butter 150g (⅔ cup)
Plain flour 180g (1 cup, 2 tablespoons)
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Milk 60ml (¼ cup)
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Almond essence ½ teaspoon (optional)
Measuring cup size - 240ml
Baking pan 21x11x6 cm
Bake in a preheated Oven at 165c (329f) for 40-45 minutes
