World leaders arrive in Beijing to attend 3rd Belt and Road Forum

World leaders are in Beijing for the Third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation. The third Belt and Road Forum opens today in Beijing and runs through Wednesday.  Over 4,000 delegates from over 140 countries and 30 plus international organizations have confirmed their attendance.
