Ever wonder what fresh seafood straight from a fish market in Japan tastes like? Here at Washo Ichiba, we make our own sushi bowl with the freshest fish in Hokkaido. "Kattedon" is Kushiro's local specialty and is a definite MUST TRY if you're in Hokkaido.
We also stayed at Kushiro Century Castle Hotel which is one of the hotels closest to the bridge where you can watch the beautiful sunset. Definitely recommend staying there for a night and paying extra for their breakfast.
