Step 1: Visit Experia, the customer portal.
Step 2: Enter your Customer ID in order to gain access to the portal.
Step 3: Feed in the secure OTP sent to your registered mobile number and login.
Step 4: Click on the ‘Services’ tab.
Step 5: From there, select the icon marked ‘My Profile,’ located on the top right corner of the page.
Step 6: Click on ‘Update contact details.’
Step 7: Select the ‘Edit details’ option, choose the field for feeding in your mobile number, and update your new phone number
Step 8: Confirm your details before you log out.
