Rheem RHS32 Water Softener - Operate and add salt

Rheem RHS32 32,000 grain Water Softener Basic Operating instructions, and what to do when adding salt. I bought this water softener a few months ago to replace my Kenmore that finally died after 20+ years. The operation of the Rheem is very similar to the Kenmore, which leads me to believe they were made by the same manufacturer. Fine by me! This video does not show you how to repair the softener or how to install it. It just covers the basics. By the way… you are not supposed to lay it on its side.
