A wonderful meat roll recipe
A wonderful meat roll recipe for the holidays or every day. This recipe makes the meat very juicy and tasty. The secret of this meat is the combination of a good marinade and a wonderful filling. Cook a meat dinner according to my recipe and receive a lot of compliments from your guests.
▶ Recipe and ingredients:
1000-1200 g pork neck or loin
40 ml of vegetable oil
1 teaspoon thyme, 1.5 teaspoons salt, black pepper to taste, 1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon honey, 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons of grain mustard
2 medium onions
Vegetable fat
1 carrot
salt
Fry for 3-5 minutes
160 g cheese
4-6 potatoes
Salt, black pepper, basil, vegetable oil
Bake for 60-80 minutes at 200 °
Grease with the rest of the sauce
Bake for another 20-30 minutes
