Actually Full Train in 1991 (Why Flex Time is a Good Idea)

Morning commuter rush in Tokyo in 1991.  Pre-Flextime, everyone needed to get to work by 9:00 a.m. sharp.  I went back in 2008 and took another video - showing how it's not nearly as intense now (the system has been improved a lot):
