How to Clean & Store Cilantro

Tips from a cilantro fanatic on the best way (i've found) to wash and store cilantro to get the most out of this delicious vegetable that usually spoils easily. This method can extend the life of the cilantro in your fridge for up to 2 weeks! That is if it lasts that long! It doesn't in our house. Also, I find I am more inclined to use it if it's all clean and ready to eat.
