Grand Theatre COVID Safety Protocols

The Grand Theatre is SO excited to host you. Though the experience currently looks a little different, with your help, we can keep live entertainment. The following state-mandated protocols are in place to ensure your health and safety.
We appreciate your support and cooperation as we continue our GRAND entertainment experience:
• Enter the Grand Theatre through the door marked with your section, they will be labeled.
• You must have a digital ticket, it will be emailed or texted to you - no paper or printed tickets will be accepted.  
• On your ticket, you will find your section. They are listed as OL, OC, OR, ML, MC, and MR.
• There will be direction signage guiding you the entire way to your section.
• Follow the path of the marked floor stickers, this will be the way to enter and exit your section at all times.
• You will be seated in pods of 2-6, each pod is a minimum of six feet apart.
• Masks are required to be worn over your nose and mouth at all times, even when sitting down or singing along.
• You may take off your mask only when actively eating or drinking.
• When the show is over DO NOT rush out of your section.
• Instead, to abide by social distancing guidelines, exit row by row in an orderly fashion.
• Follow the color-coded markers to the lobby where you will exit the theatre.
