Day one in Addis Ababa,
Day one in Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia. Today, I am visiting the Minalesh Tera market, which is one of the busiest areas of the city, a huge hub where all kinds of waste, from paper bags to barbed wire, electronics, and plastics are collected for recycling. I blend in with the crowd and check out the goods sold in this market. Sitting on a chair made from a recycled computer monitor, I enjoy some Ethiopian street food with locals. Have fun watching.
