In this video I explain how you can strengthen and release your psoas muscles (heart of emotions).

The effects of this exercise:

- Release strong emotions, especially grief, sadness,

- and the need-to-control,
-detoxify stagnant chi,
- learn how to set up a safe attitude so you can release strong emotions,
- sitting with your emotions.




This is a standing version and should be conducted with care, and patience.
The  Indian Yoga equivalent is the back-bend. Do not proceed if there is pain or dizziness.

Here are some tips:
-stay as relaxed as possible
-be mindful of how your body is changing
-learn to Relax. It is completely beginner friendly and it works; some exercises are vigorous - proceed with caution.
