Sofrito Recipe

As promised in previous video, here is the Sofrito recipe. Really enhances the flavor of any dish. I love using in my spanish rice and quinoa dishes. It adds such flavor to our beans. I absolutely love it on any pork dish (thin cut center cut pork chops, boneless country ribs, pork shoulder and empanada meat). I can go on and on. Give it a try. Easy to make, a tablespoon or two goes a long way. Hope you enjoy as much as we do!
