For ~26 pieces (~660g):
- 250g cottage cheese
- 80g butter
- 80g sugar
~180g flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder (with a slide)
- pinch of salt
- pinch of vanillin
- spices: cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg (0.5 tsp. each or to taste)
- 80g raisins
- 50g nuts (I have almonds, you can use any nuts)
- 70g candied fruit (I have pumpkin)
- juice of half an orange (you can use rum, cognac).
Bake in a preheated oven to 180°C for ~ 15 minutes. Baking time depends on the peculiarities of your oven.
