On 4th January 2014 SYL
On 4th January 2014 SYL organised & hosted 2 classes by world renowned ashtanga yoga teachers John Scott & Lucy Crawford. The day is an annual event held on the first weekend of the year bringing the SYL community together to raise money for good causes. It is in memory of SYL co-founder and dear friend Ozge Karabiyik who sadly passed away in January 2012. Friends, family and 101 practitioners came together to raise over £4000 for charity in what was a memorable day of connection.
Filming and editing was completed by Kim Albright (www.thomasthomasfilms.co.uk) with the very talented Paul McCabe also contributing some amazing film (www.paulbartondop.com).
