WTNLU        Al-Hejailan has met with President Francois Mitterrand.
26.8.87      Al-Hejailan told reporters that he had brought a message of
LN124824     friendship to Mitterrand from King Fahd of Saudi Arabia, and
            that they had discussed the Gulf situation.
