ATX Computer Bench Top Power Supply. - Step by step.

Step by step instructions on how to convert a computer power supply to a bench top power supply.  Very useful if you intend to make and test circuits at home. Later we will add a Buck "up converter" to maximize the use of our power supply. I did not use the 3.3 V rail and my PS did not have the sensing wires. Follow to circuit diagram if yous have the sensing wires.
