PS5 and Xbox Series X render at a resolution of approximately 2259x1270 and use FSR 2 to reconstruct a 3840x2160 resolution.

Xbox Series S renders at a resolution of approximately 1506x847 and uses FSR 2 to reconstruct a 2560x1440 resolution. Edit: After further testing it does seem to be the case that Xbox Series S uses a dynamic resolution as a lower rendering resolution of approximately 1422x800 was found.

Most cutscenes seem to be capped at 30fps. However, there are some cutscenes that aren't capped at 30fps https://bit.ly/3qCAYgm

PS5 and Xbox Series X have some graphical improvements compared to Xbox Series S in areas such as: texture quality, shadow quality and ambient occlusion https://bit.ly/43wy5ME
