On Monday 8th April 2024 the band had the privilege of hosting a visit from members of the original cast and team from Brassed Off.
Stephen Tompkinson, Philip Jackson, Mark Herman and Steve Abbott were welcomed back to Grimethorpe in the only way we know how, with a special performance to give our thanks and award them Honorary Patrons of the band in recognition of their support following the international success of the film, which continues to resonate today.
