This heavenly chocolate cake is
This heavenly chocolate cake is a real calorie bomb but worth every sin. The cake is juicy and super soft at the same time. Those who like brownies will adore this cake. It's really easy to do and always works. It only takes a few minutes to prepare and then it can be put in the oven. Perfect for a spontaneous occasion or when there is little time to stand in the kitchen for long. Have fun baking :-)
!!! Ingredients for an 18 cm springform tin !!!
Dough:
250 g soft butter - 8.8 oz.
200 g of sugar - 7 oz.
1 packet of vanilin - 1/2 tbsp.
3 eggs
200 g sour cream - 7 oz.
200 g of wheat flour - 7 oz.
Pinch of slz
6 tbsp. baking cocoa
3 tsp. baking powder
4 tbsp. of milk
100 g dark chocolate chips - 3.5 oz.
Glaze:
150 g dark chocolate couverture - 5.3 oz.
100 ml cream - 3.4 fl. oz.
