The Magnolia CMS Digital Asset Management (DAM) feature provides a centrally managed file library for digital assets like pictures, videos and PDF files. The Assets App in Magnolia is your gateway to the DAM.

This screencast demonstrates how the Assets App can be used to organize all your media files and easily upload new ones. These media files are then available for use within all Apps in Magnolia 5 that have access to the DAM system. Once in the DAM, you can also use the built-in Image Editor to crop, rotate anf flip image assets.
