Biden faces crucial tests as he insists he will remain in race

President Biden was in battleground Wisconsin as he tried to calm concerns over his campaign for a second term. Mr. Biden insisted again at a campaign rally that he intends to stay in the race. NBC News' Gabe Gutierrez reports.
