Bill Monroe and the Bluegrass Boys on Austin City Limits in 1981

Mostly from my collection of off-the-air video recordings on VHS cassettes, this is most of Bill Monroe's appearance on the seventh show of the sixth season of Austin City Limits, which originally aired in 1981.  My notes indicate that I recorded excerpts of the program from a rerun In August of 1983.  I filled in some of the gaps in my recording with material downloaded from Butch Robins' channel.  The second set on that program featured "Riders in the Sky", the trio from Nashville.  Two of their tunes can be seen and heard at:  Riders in the Sky - live in 1981.
