1.Press and hold the Volume Down & the Power button at the same time until you see the Android icon.
2.If the screen goes dark hold down Volume Up + Power button for a couple of seconds.
3.When the SAMSUNG Galaxy logo shows up release all keys.
4.After that select wipe data/factory reset by using Volume keys to navigate and the Power buttton.
