Woodson's Reserve is a very well done master planned community located off HWY 99 in Spring Texas. This community has nicer amenities than nearly all of the other communities we have cover in all of Houston Texas. With multiple parks, playgrounds, fishing lakes, putt putt, workout facilities, schools in the neighborhood, hiking trails and amazing commercial shopping at the entrance to the community, Woodsons Reserve seems to check every box.
Spring Texas has seen a ton of growth along HWY 99 and it all centers around Woodsons Reserve. With a Walmart, HEB and Kroger all within a mile, the commercial amenities near this neighborhood are more robust than any other community we have toured. And you even have a movie theater at the front of the neighborhood.
