INGREDIENTS for coconut cookies:
All-purpose flour - 1 cup
Desiccated coconut - 3/4 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup
Butter(unsalted) - 50 gm
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Baking powder - 3/4 tsp
Milk - 3-4 tbsp
Salt - a pinch

Method to make coconut cookies:

1. Melt butter in a bowl using a hand whisk or teaspoon.
2. Make creamy by adding powdered sugar.
3. Add vanilla essence to it.
4. Add desiccated coconut and mix it.
5. sieve all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder and add to this.
6. Add milk little by little and make a dough.
7. Preheat oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
8. Grease baking tray using butter and keep butter paper.
9. Take a small portion of dough and make any type of cookies shape as you like.
10. Dip only one side to the desiccated coconut.
11. Place it baking paper and bake it for 20-25 minutes.
12. After baking let it cool, then it becomes crispy.
13. Now your tasty coconut cookies are ready.
