Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City Review - I Was Wrong To Hate

Operation Raccoon City was developed by six slant games and Capcom, it released in North Amercia on the 20th march 2012 to negative critical reception but huge sales from the fans who were intrigued to see a new take on classic locations/events.
The years have not been kind, you don't need to look far to find a Resident Evil fan complaining about ORC. But is this truly the case? Is Operation Raccoon City THAT bad?

This review I'm going to detail, what works, what doesn’t and ultimately answer the question is it as bad as everyone makes out....
