Exercise Motivation for Women

26 days ago I started a 30 day "cycling" challenge where I set the intention to use the exercycle every day for 30 minutes for you guessed it: 30 days 🤩

Today I reviewed how that challenge has gone and where I will be going next 💪

Background: I am a Mum of 4 children, studying full time a Diploma in Small Business and Project Management to launch my healing business. When I was pregnant with our youngest (who is now 7) my pelvis gave out and I've spent the past 7 years trying to "heal" it. Yet have not been focusing on the underlying aspects of this sort of injury. Mindset, habits and my past thoughts, feelings and actions have played a huge role in the prolonged aspect of this injury - yet with greater awareness comes great healing 👏

My aspirations (even at 40) are to compete in a triathlon! Something I have always wanted to do.

I feel with my new found inspiration and healing knowledge, now is the right time to prove to myself what I CAN achieve! In more ways than one ♥️
