The girls that I found in this video all said that they enjoyed naked yoga within the privacy of their own homes or gardens and felt naked yoga gave them a sense of freedom.
Naked fitness is becoming very popular around the world with naked yoga increasing in popularity every year, in this video I catch up with girls having fun by doing naked yoga.
Naked yoga can be found in 11 countries around the world and in 44 cities, in France you can find a naked yoga class in Paris, in the UK there is a naked yoga class in London, and another naked yoga class in Hastings.
You can also find naked yoga classes in Germany, Spain, Belgium, and Switzerland and further afield you can find naked yoga classes in Australia and New Zealand, but the most popular country for naked yoga is America and in just a 5-minute search I found over 40 naked yoga classes in America.
The origins of Naked yoga are found in India with the first recorded sighting of naked yoga 400 years BC, but yoga itself originates from India some 2800 years BC so it might be the case that naked yoga has been practiced for nearly 5000 years.
Why do naked yoga and joining a naked yoga class? Well, I guess there are two reasons why people do naked yoga, firstly for the nudist community, taking part in a naked yoga class allows them to enjoy another social event naked.
The second reason for doing a naked yoga class is for the health benefits of naked yoga - it has been established that those people suffering from body dysmorphia can overcome the illness and start appreciating their own bodies by doing naked yoga in a naked yoga class with other people.
