- 1 large red onion
- 1 bulb garlic
- 750g beef mince
- 1 tablespoon of tomato puree
- 1 cup red cooking wine
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- 2 tins chopped tomatoes
- 1 handful of fresh/packaged basil/Italian seasoning
- 500g spaghetti/linguini
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
