This is the Fall high-volume
This is the Fall high-volume water release of Lake Nantahala on the Nantahala River outside of the smoky Mountain national Park in western North Carolina. Hundreds of kayakers come from around the country for this 2 day event. Out of those a handful Challenge the upper Cascades and what is Extreme by any comparable North American river system. These are a few short moments with the river getting the upper hand.
