Dr. Arash Dehzangi was born in Shiraz, Iran. He graduated in Solid state physics (B.Sc. degree) in 1998 from University of Shahid Chamran Ahwaz. He accomplished his master degree thesis (M.Sc.) at University of Shiraz. He has worked as a tutor and lecturer at several universities in Iran during 1999 to 2008. In 2008, he joined the University Putra Malaysia as a PhD student in nanoscience (focusing in nanoelectronics), and graduated in 2012. Since August 2012 up to now, he joined Institute micro-engineering and nano-electronics (IMEN) of National University of Malaysia (UKM), as a post-doctoral fellow researcher.
