in this video I explain how art can change your brain, and how you can benefit from making art, since my job is making art and I know that I'll be making art for a good portion of my life, this is a question I have often wondered about but I've never gotten around figuring out why so many creative people have pursued art and ended up in a pretty dark place, so this is an attempt to make clear whether art is beneficial or harmful. in this video essay I have gathered information about the effect of art on brain from different sources and tried to make this matter as clear as possible, I have elaborated on the different benefits of art and how it can change the brain, why highly creative people sometimes are considered abnormal, and how art can cure so many diseases and increase your chance of a more peaceful life.
