[Making a savory perilla oil pollack udon, recommending a dish, using perilla oil]

Pollack roe, udon noodles, perilla oil, perilla leaf, seaweed powder, sesame seeds, katsu of market soup, cooking wine

Recipe
1. Roll up the perilla leaves and slice them thinly
2. Use the back of the knife to gently scratch the eggs
3. Add 1 spoon of perilla oil and 1 spoon of sesame seeds to the separated pollack egg and mix
4. Boil the noodles. (We used udon noodles, so you can use pasta or small noodles.)
5. Make the sauce (1 spoon of perilla oil, 1 spoon of katsu-of-market soup, 1 spoon of cooking wine)
6. Add 1 spoon of perilla oil to the boiled noodles and transfer to a bowl
7. Add the perilla leaves and seaweed flakes on the other half
8. Put the pollack roe that you made earlier on the center
9. Sprinkle the last sauce you made and you're done!
