In this super-special exercise, kids will work on fun exercises to improve their balance and coordination!!

Balance and coordination are two essential skills that we use in all actions that the body has to do and imply that a specific movement is needed and we have to use these two skills to make it. Coordination is the body's ability to perform an intentional action and balance is the body's ability to maintain a position in some space. Having better balance and coordination will help kids do physical activities with ease and with less risk of getting hurt. These exercises will train both static and dynamic balance, and are a combination of isolation movements and exercises that will require kids to switch from one position to another quickly.
