12g mugwort powder
90g powdered sugar
1g salt
1g baking powder

✔ Mugwort Ganache

➡When using a silicone mold, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees(356℉) for 15 min, remove from the mold, bake for another 3-4 min, and cool to crispy.
➡ Due to the characteristics of Financier and Tigre, it is normal for butter moisture to spread evenly and change from crispy to moist after a day. (Room temperature or frozen storage recommended)
➡Baking temperature varies from oven to oven. I'm using a smeg oven (convection oven), and there are many differences between deck ovens, lightwave ovens, induction ovens, mini ovens, etc., depending on whether or not there is a heat wire and by brand.
