રાજભોગ આઈસ્ક્રિમ ઘરે બનાવાની પરફેક્ટ રીત
રાજભોગ આઈસ્ક્રિમ સામગ્રી :--
1/2 લિટર દૂધ (માવો બનાવા માટે)
1 લિટર દૂધ
200 ગ્રામ ખાંડ (1 કપ)
15-18 નંગ બદામ
15-18 નંગ કાજુ
10-11 નંગ પિસ્તા
1+1/2 મોટી ચમચી કોર્ન ફ્લોર (અથવા આરારૂટ)(અથવા કસ્ટર્ડ પાવડર)
કેસર અથવા કેસરી કલર (એક ચપટી) (optional) (ના ઉમેરો તો ચાલે)
4 મોટી ચમચી ઘાટ્ટી મલાઈ ઘરની (1/2 કપ)
4-5 ચમચી ડ્રાય ફ્રૂટ ના ટુકડા
