I did a review of this Cuisinart 14-cup Food Processor a while back and if you want to see the full review, I’ve put it in the description section below. It performs really well. I had shredded and sliced vegetables in that review but not cheese. So here it is.
The work bowl is on the base and locked.  We’ll use the shredding disc. Insert the stem into the disc and lock. Put the stem in the middle. Put the cover on and lock it. This is an 8 ounce block of sharp cheddar cheese that I just took out of the refrigerator. Cheese should be very cold when processing. There is a max line on the feed tube and the cheese goes above that. I’ll cut the block in half and both halves fit in the feed tube. We’ll use the pusher assembly to push the cheese down. Press down on the off/pulse lever and let go when the cheese is finished. That was done in just a few seconds, extremely fast. Take out the pusher. Remove the lid. Pull off the disc. There is hardly any cheese left on the disc. Like you’ve heard me say in other videos, it’s best to put the cheese in the freezer for a few minutes, if you do that, you won’t even get this little bit that’s squished. Cheese shreds cleanly when it’s extremely cold. As you can see, the cheese is beautifully shredded. This is great for sauces, macaroni and cheese, salads. If you want to see my mac and cheese recipe that I made with the shredded cheese, click in the description section below. Give this video a thumbs up and subscribe for more useful reviews. I’ll see you next time. Thanks for watching :)
