- Running in place
- Jump squat / Easy mode : squat
- Plank (3 types)
1) Plank
2) Jump Plank
3) Mountain climbing
- Rollout / Easy mode : Side toe-touch
- Push-up / Easy mode : knee push-up
Do this set on repeat for 30 minutes.
