141 Bay St. project, Phase 2 of CIBC Square

Take a look at the progress of the 141 Bay St. project, also known as Phase 2 of CIBC Square. This office building will offer 1.5 million square feet of commercial space in downtown Toronto. Located north of the Union Station Rail Corridor, between Bay St and Yonge St, this project is transforming the former site of the Union Station GO Bus Terminal. Its sister tower, Phase 1 of CIBC Square at 81 Bay St., was constructed between 2017-2022 and houses the new Union Station GO Bus Terminal. A unique feature of this project is the one-acre ‘Skypark’ that links the two towers, spanning over the rail corridor. We’re excited to see Phase 2 of CIBC Square reach completion in 2025.
