The  Infinite Self Meditation and its Benefits :
Yourself,  myself,  himself, itself and so on are the parts of the Infinite Self.  This meditation is progress of the soul from body consciousness to Universal consciousness and then to its origin. The benefits are :
1. Chattering mind gradually disappears and the consciousness flowers.
2. Awareness grows to its peak.
3. Mind breaks its habitual zone and travels through new channels.
4. Self realization and Universal consciousness increases.
5. Headache,  stress,  worries and struggles in material life are totally washed out.
Duration : 10 minutes
Watch the video and do the meditation “ The Infinite Self” continuously  at least for one week to experience its benefits.
