We’ll show you how to fully disable Voice Control and Siri, and how to make them inaccessible when your screen is locked. We also have a few tips to avoid having these voice command systems interrupting you when you’re trying to do other things on your device.

To fully disable Siri and Voice Control on iOS, open your Settings. Then, select General. On the next page, tap Accessibility. Then, scroll down and tap Home Button. Under “Tap and Hold to Speak,” select Off. This will disable both Siri and Voice Control.

To make Siri and Voice Control inaccessible when your screen is locked, start by setting up a passcode on your device. To do this, go to Settings, Touch ID & Passcode, then enter your passcode. Then, tap the switches beside Voice Dial and Siri. This will make it so both features cannot be used when your screen is locked.

Tips to avoid interruptions from Siri and Voice Control:
1. Make sure your headphones are properly plugged in.
2. Keep your device away from moisture.
3. Don’t use headphones with damaged or frayed cables.
