वो कहते है न कि पंखों से कुछ नहीं होता, हौसलों से उड़ान होती है। कुछ ऐसी ही हौसले की मिसाल लेकर अपनी सफलता की कहानी सुनाने आये हैं हमारे आज के Speaker IRS Sanjay Rao जी। झुंझुनू के एक छोटे से गाँव के रहने वाले Sanjay जी का बचपन संसाधनों के आभाव में बीता। एक झोपड़ी में रहने वाले Sanjay जी के लिए खेती में अपने पिता का हाथ बंटाना पढ़ाई से ज्यादा ज़रूरी था, लेकिन अपनी Willpower और अपने हौसले की आग के बल पर इन्होंने जिद करी और अपनी शिक्षा जारी रखी। बचपन से ही पढ़ाई के लिए सब कुछ त्याग करने की इनकी हिम्मत ने ही इन्हे सफलता की ऊचाइयों पर पहुंचाया। चिमनी की लौ में पढ़ाई करने से शुरुआत करी और IIT से पढ़ाई पूरी करने के बाद UPSC का सपना देखा लेकिन आर्थिक तंगी इतनी अधिक थी कि इन्हे UPSC की तैयारी के लिए हर चीज़ का त्याग करना पड़ा, हर इच्छा को छोड़ना पड़ा। पहले प्रयास में असफलता मिली लेकिन इन्हे अपने आप में यकीन था। डेंगू जैसी बिमारी भी इनके मनोबल को तोड़ ना पायी और बीमारी में भी Delhi जाकर दिन रात मेहनत करी और अंततः कामयाबी हासिल करी और IRS बनकर न सिर्फ अपना सपना पूरा किया बल्कि समाज के लिए काम करने की अपनी इच्छा को भी पूरा किया। कुछ ऐसी ही संघर्ष, हौसले, ज़िद, जूनून, सफलता, और Josh की मिसाल हैं IRS Sanjay Rao जी की कहानी।

Resources can ease your efforts but it’s your passion that takes you to the peak of success. Such is the story of our today’s speaker IRS Sanjay Rao. A native of a small village in the district of Jhunjhunu, his childhood suffered from a lack of resources and financial instability. To lend a hand to his father in farming was needed more than his education for his family but his willpower and passion made him do all the efforts to keep his studies on. That passion and will to sacrifice everything for education helped him attain the success that he has today. Started to study under the light of a kerosene lamp, he graduated from IIT and decided to crack UPSC. However, the financial situation of his family demanded nothing but the sacrifice of everything in pursuit of success, but even that was not enough to make him give up on his dreams. After failing in his first attempt, he suffered from dengue months before his next chance. However, even in his crucial condition as his health was taking a toll, he decided to go to Delhi and study day and night until he got the success he once dreamt of. Finally, he became IRS and not just achieved his goal but also became capable to work for society and help those in need.
