150g besan (1cup)
1/2 tsp salt or as per taste
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
1/2 tsp gathiya soda (saji na ful) (not citric acid)
1/2 tsp carom seeds
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
4 - 5 tbsp water
2 tbsp oil + frying
Chutney :
8 - 10 spicy green chillies
50g fresh coriander leaves
4 - 5 cloves garlic (if u want)
1 small ginger (if u want)
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper powder
1 tbsp sugar
5 - 6 gathiya
1 lemon
Water
For masala :
Asafoetida
Garam masala
