We can't talk to one another underwater.....unless you own a full face mask and communication system, so for new divers beginning their open water certification, there is a whole new language to learn....."Underwater Scuba Diving Hand Signals". Just like any language there is a large vocabulary, and different meanings to those signals. In this video Lyell provides an introduction for those students embarking upon their scuba diving certification.
