How to access BIOS screen on VMware Workstation Pro

You are here probably because pressing F2 on POST did not work for you. There are few ways to access BIOS (also known as firmware) of a VM on VMware Workstation Pro Type 2 Hypervisor. In this demo, I go over 3 methods of accessing it. Some of these steps are same/similar on Type 1 EXSi Hypervisor as well.

One time boot into BIOS edit:
bios.forceSetupOnce = "TRUE"

Forcing the POST delay edit:
bios.bootDelay = "MAX_10000_milliseconds"
